Frequently Asked Questions

What is a zine?
A Zine (short for “Magazine”) is an independently published booklet, usually comprised of art, poetry, stories, comics, or any combination thereof.
Who are the Mods?
You can meet the full mod team here!
Will this be physical or digital?
This is dependent on the interest check!
Is this for-profit, non-profit, or for charity?
All profits from this zine will be donated to charity. The two charities we have chosen are CHILL and Impact Skate Club.
Is there a theme for this zine?
The only theme is Renga!
Will minors be allowed to be participants in the zine?
As Mod Caia will still be a minor themselves by the time the zine gets started—he turns 17 in June—this zine is entirely SFW, so minors between the ages of 13-17 will be allowed to contribute!
How many contributors will be accepted?
We will be accepting 20 artists, 5 merch artists, and 5-7 writers.
I have a question that hasn’t been answered here. Where can I ask?
